Staff is extremely non personable, even rude at times, BUT I love Dr. Pacheco! Everyone loves him and hates his office staff. Extremely hard to get an appt, they ask for your co pay when you open the door to walk in but the doctor is great! So personable, loving, caring, wonderful doctor. He should hire better staff though especially the front desk regular woman.
