This is the worst pediatrician office you can go to. The doctor is okay but the receptionist is one of the worst you can come by. He is very rude in person and on phone. He does not give or relay any urgent messages to the doctor. He insists on giving medical advice or explaining lab results himself which I know he does not have a medical license. I've been taking my children to Dr. Melendez for 4 years. I initially thought he was a great doctor and the staff was awesome too. But after seeing the way they have been treating my best friend (AFTER I recommended this clinic to her) I am appalled and embarrassed. She is seriously the sweetest and most innocent girl I know and because her ex caused problems in her life. The doctor in the clinic has been constantly judging her. I will be switching to a more professional office.
Overall, Great Doctor and Staff ? My Babies Love Them ... No Complaints Here!
He was highly recommended to take care of my kids but in a year he only saw my kid once, every time a young Doctor will see my son instead, I was not happy with that, I ask to see him since the problem is till there and I was told that they can not guarantee that Dr. Melendez will see my son because he is to busy. So if he is not available I need to find some one else. No complains on the service that he provide when he saw my son was very good but only one time. The rest, his assistant did.
