Great doctor very knowledgeable and nice staff
I would strongly advise against visiting this doctor's office. This was my first and last visit, and it was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Dr. Carlos A. Corrales displayed rude and disrespectful behavior, which is unacceptable from a medical professional. He became frustrated when I struggled to pronounce one of my mother's medications, despite my respectful approach. You really need to reconsider your front desk staff. I had a 9 AM appointment and was left waiting for 40 minutes, only to be told there was no room available. If you can’t honor appointments, why allow bookings in the first place? To make matters worse, there was no apology, and the staff was incredibly rude. It’s unacceptable to treat people this way. Don’t waste your time here—there are better options elsewhere.
