I saw Dr. Charles some years back to get checked for a psoriasis condition I was experiencing. He took a biopsy unrelated to the psoriasis and I'm not sure that was necessary.
After seeing several different dermatologists for hidradenitis suppurativa over the course of 20 years, meeting with Dr. Charles was refreshing. He is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable about treatment options, invested in my treatment, answers all of my questions, and is attentive to my needs. I am grateful to have a local provider that I trust for my skincare needs.
Dr. Charles has great bedside manner and is super knowledgeable. Great experience!

Totally counter productive and insensitive in his treatment. I am worse off now than when I started treatment. Unresponsive to my requests or concerns. Very disatusfied. Will be seeking another dermatologist!
