If I could give a negative star I would. Very disappointing experience with Dr Sanchez Palacios. She not only couldn’t answer the two questions my rheumatologist told me to ask her, but I saw her on Jan 28 and never heard from her about my test results. Today I logged into her portal and saw test results had been sitting there since Jan 31. Today is Feb 16. I've been a patient of Dr. Singh and as part of my final stages of treatment he recommended me to Dr. Sanchez for laser. She evaluated my scar and began questioning Dr. Singh's treatment saying "I don't know why you are here. Why are you here?" "Why didn't he cut this out? This should have ben cut out" "I don't know what you want or are expect me to do" "If I treat this with a laser its going to cause bruising. Do you want that?" I went to see Dr. Sanchez to get a biopsy after waiting for a week to get my biopsy results they relayed they had lost them and I needed to go back to redo the tests free of charge. I just got a bill statementasking me to pay $135 dollars for that visit. I refused to take responsibility for your mistake. You misplaced my lab results and now expect me to pay for them.

The worse doctor dermatologist ever! After waiting 20 minutes for her she came in the room barely listened and did not throughly examine or address my concerns. She was very hurried and dismissive. She prescribed 2 creams, but never called them in to the pharmacy. She went on Holiday and didn’t send in the prescriptions. I’ve been waiting 10 days and still not done. I am seeing a new dermatologist and do not recommend Dr Carla Sanchez-Palacios. She’s not capable of caring for patients, lacks personality, compassion and care ... read more
