Wondering should I remove her as my Primary Care Doctor? New patient and I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist stated she’d give a return call with my appointment date upon verifying my insurance.

Rude, unprofessional, condescending! I moved back to MI and was looking for a good African American Female doctor, but this lower case d is terrible ! She did not listen to any one of the concerns I voiced about my health and went straight into saying I need to see a mental health provider without doing a thorough examination to see why I am even coming in. I hate I have to find a new provider and have to start all over again just disgusted!

I never even was able to schedule an appointment. It was like her staff wanted to make it hard. I had to call my insurance 3 times to get info for them that I know they could’ve just looked up in the CHAMPS system. I work in healthcare so I am experienced in the field. The treatment I received over the phone and the interactions with staff was more than enough for me to decide to look for a different provider. They are damn near impossible to get ahold of! Very professional and caring for patients. Takes time with patients, I didn’t feel rushed.I was able to addresses all concerns and get my questions answered.
