Find another dentist other than this one. Her staff and billing department are not friendly at all. They refused my 4 year old son who isn’t on my insurance nor has anything to do with it. Would not recommend this place. I also work in a afc home and they were not nice to the staff from the group home nor my resident.
Great dentist and is good at what she does. Bad office environment and things could definitely be explained better regarding procedures as well as financials. No one seems happy to work there and after my last visit I can understand why. The office manager was running around yelling at a couple of workers when they were busy doing things. I felt embarrassed for them.
Dr. Skaates has a wonderful chair side manner, humorous and very personable. Her staff is very friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. I would and will highly recommend her.
Excellent practice, extremely knowledgeable, cutting edge equipment, excellent patient communication methods, courteous and helpful staff, office is clean and comforting, excellent results.
