The most ridiculous place I have ever been too! Because I owe a past bill they will not see my 4 year old son who is not even on my insurance or anything! Care was great but overall would not recommend this place!
The front line staff and billing staff are very unwelcoming, do not seem knowledgeable, and have been rude. The cost of service is too high. The dental hygienist was not at all thorough and I felt did a poor job. Dr Skates was fine. Overall I was not comfortable in this office and did not feel they put the patient first. Left after 2nd visit. Would not recommend
Stopped in for a cleaning and Jessica Larson had an awesome professional and positive attitude. Work ethic’s like this make a great experience at the clinic.
