Dr.Lucacel is knowledgeable, professional and carrying. She is approachable, patient and will explain everything providing details. Dr.Lucacel is very accommodating, answers questions and always makes us feel at ease. Dr.Lucacel follows up and returns emergency calls when needed.
Terrible service from front desk girls. i never leave that office happy. They always give me and my kids a hard time! Very unorganized and rude! It's as if they're making our experiences 10x harder.
I like Dr.Lucacel and trust her opinion regarding our daughter. She is always very nice and takes the time to explain us about any issues that may come up and also respond to our inquires. Also, I get to see her on the same day if I need to in case of emergency and the wait time during the week is not bad about 10 min.
She will do unnecessary testing and bring you in just to charge you. Her office overcharged me on my co-pays and were unpleasant about admitting their mistake. Furthermore, be prepared to wait OVER an hour many days and the staff will not update you as to time. Try waiting 90 minutes with two kids in her office--not fun. Super unorganized and the Dr. Lucacel is very condescending. We changed Drs and are much happier.
I disagreed with her diagnosis and went to another doctor. Turned out, she was wrong, but never admitted it. Her education/training must be out of date. She is very ignorant of breastfeeding information. She seems like the kind of pediatrician who could never have kids herself but acts like she is an expert in parenting. She will talk down to you for sure, I guess because she is not solid on her facts so she will say anything to defend her bad diagnosis. Not a good doctor.
