Dr. Young and staff were very pleasant and explained everything before he did my extraction. He was also funny which made the anxiety less.. Very skilled and would highly recommend his talent and knowledge . Thank you again for the great care:)

Great experience! Very efficient but still great care. I wanted to be fully awake for my wisdom teeth removal and was accommodated with no problem with Dr Young. During the actual surgery Dr young and his assistant didn't just talk over me, they were definitely conscious about the fact that I was aware and awake. Dr Young did a great job and was obviously very experienced. Highly recommend.
The doctor did a good job, but the billing is a disaster. Apparently the insurance didn't cover part of the cost, and they tried sending the bill to me but my address had changed. They kept sending the bill to the same address. When it wasn't paid they sent it to a collection agency which affected my credit rating!!!! I wasn't even aware of this for two years, the credit agency just told me I owe them money. When the bill wasn't paid no one tried sending me an email or pick the phone to call me!
