Dr. Shermetaro is the best Ear doctor I have experienced. Unfortunately, I have been to many. He is friendly, patient, and listens and explains the situation well. I recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT.
He looks up you past appointments from years and years ago... That is a Good Dr. I would not go to any other ENT Dr. This Dr. is great for me, and I am sending my best friends daughter with her little boys to him.. She ask me if he was good with kids? I said he is the best for Everyone!
Dr Shermetaro is a fantastic ent! The billing and front office staff are horrible.
Nothing but RUDENESS.. STAFF & DR. UNCARING. SON HAD SURGERY ON JULY 21, 2023, STLL WAITING FOR LAB REPORTS AFTER SURGERY. Have called office so many times and NO RESPONCE. BRITNEY NEVER RETURNS CALLS. This is so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNCARING..FOR YOUR PATIENT... THIS WHOLE OFFICE NEEDS REPLACED!!! WILL NEVER REFER THIS DR.WHERE IS THE RESPECT.
I have nothing but good feelings after being at Dr/ Shermetaro's office. He listens, he offers solutions, and I have no problems getting an appointment. I visit him for his knowledge, not for his staff, who are very efficient.

My concerns were not addressed. Nothing was done for my care. Had to go to a different ENT for treatment
I have used Dr. Shermetaro off and on for many years. He had a super office staff years ago. Now I am very disappointed. My son recently needed a surgery and I had questions prior to, regarding insurance and payment. The Office Manager was very short and rude with me and acted like it was a bother to answer my questions. A couple of the receptionists are also not very friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering them again in asking for the Dr. to call me after surgery for concerns I had.
