I would give zero stars if I could. I called to schedule an appointment and I let the little girl know I wanted to use my insurance Eliana I think was her name. She said that was fine and it wouldn’t be a problem, but then I got to the office did the exam and Dr. Casey acted as if she was oblivious to how it works when I told her what my copay would be in front of the front desk girl whom I guess is the only one who knows how it all really works, I was told that insurance is not used on the first visit so it was $49. Dr.Casey was incredibly kind and thorough and the front desk people were really friendly all in all a welcoming environment where I felt heard

Horrible service I came in with my mother and the woman doctor was yelling across the room while the young girl with the long dark hair tapped away on her phone Lla or something her name was. The tall young lady was a delight in that Pewave room and the front desk girl was very nice with a pretty smile on her face, but I don’t recommend this place at all. I seen two people doing work the others were literally playing around and this is not the first time we have seen this. This location should just shut down.
Hands down, the best place for all things Chiropractic! Amazing staff !
