crap. pressured us to do the procedure, outright lied about jaw bone density to scare us into rushed surgery. rough treatment, rude, suffered pain from poor fitting both upper & lower, as well as one post implat in upper was put in so out of Position that it partially tore the sinus membrane. he was disinterested during follow-up, terrible aftercare. would NEVER reccomend. we found out later that he used an unaccredited dentist to cobble together upper snap-in & lowers that were permenently implanted incorrectly. dr carl ref... read more

DO NOT GO to Dr. Michael Johnson. He extracted not one, not two, but THREE of my child's second molars by mistake, and then extracted all 4 of his 3rd molars (wisdom teeth).

Very poor service. I went for a consultation with Dr Johnson. 3+ months later I still waiting for the report he is supposed to send me. No one will respond to my calls. My usual dentist also can not get a response from him after several contact attempts. As an added bonus I was charged $ 300.00 for his “consultation “

Dr. Johnson and his Staff have been superb in their service. I've appreciated their excellent communication for expectation during and after the appointment. They are friendly and always have time to answer any questions or concerns. They put me completely at ease and encourage patient understanding. Especially like the Federal Way office! Thank you!

Great follow up appointment after getting all four wisdom teeth removed. Michael made me feel at ease and went out of his way to identify what was causing some discomfort I was experiencing. Very friendly and funny. Thank you!
