I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Postighone’s office. I work at one of the top hospitals in NYC, so I hold high standards when it comes to healthcare, but honestly, these standards should be the norm for any patient. My parents were told they had the flu, despite the fact that they were completely unable to move or perform basic activities of daily living such as going to the bathroom independently. Dr. Postighone and his staff are knowledgeable and, most importantly, compassionate. Dr. Postighone has been my parents physician for over a decade and provided them with stellar care. Right now, when my mother is going through a medically complicated and very painful situation, Dr. Postighone spends time not only analyzing her condition and prescribing treatments, but also helping us deal with the pain and the emotional suffering. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Postighone.

I have had about a half dozen appointments over the last 2 years, all of which were billed incorrectly in different ways, such as being billed to an insurance company I didn’t have, wrong coding, or being billed late, past the timeframe the plans allow. While the care is fine, the office has proven incapable of handling routine billing and every bill goes into a black hole with the RWJBH business office.
