IF I COULD GIVE THIS OFFICE 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrible customer service and management! I traveled an hour away, called them before my appointment time when i was downstairs in the parking lot! Not once did they tell me they weren’t going to see me. I get upstairs and they tell me they can’t see me and asked me to leave. I tried to explain i was just speaking to someone who told me to come Up and the lady cut me off and said they still couldn’t see me. Absolutely disgusting. This place is outrageous. I must say secretary is miserable and likes to put others through her misery. I am going to save most of you some time. Directions on getting there is horrible just note that if your by the emergency entrance of Clara mass please know you have arrived. It is the side door second floor. Try to read the doctors name on door don’t just go by suite #. Be there at least 15 mins early otherwise they will lie to your attorney and mark you as a no show so a fee could be paid. This doctors office and staff was rude and I dont care who these people are but you treat people with respect. I had a appt here for workers compensation I arrived by 8: 30 am when my appt was at 8 am. I tried calling 4 times to let them know I was running late. The directions weren't good and I live a hour and 20 minutes away. Never been to this place before. Honestly the worst physician practice I had to deal with. Brief back story, I manage over 60 physician practice locations with over 120 providers; the amount of unprofessionalism and the service they’ve provided is an embarrassment to the medical field. My mother had a scheduled appointment and we entered their facility 5 minutes late, due to the parking garage and the amount of elderly patients finding parking. Do not waste your time and energy. Do not go to this doctor. His arrogance, rudeness and condescension will make you feel angry and frustrated, and you will not get the care you need. Find another doctor.
