07/22/2016 UPDATE: Dr. Carl Ferguson has been removed from ZocDoc. I received a call from ZocDoc asking about my review. After a short inquiry the ZocDoc representative said word-for-word Whoa, that doesn't sound right. I'm going to look into this. There are plenty of honest, intelligent, and compassionate DO's and MD's in the valley. Just do your due diligence whilst researching to avoid unsavory encounters.
his office is totally incompetent in getting prescriptions to the pharmacy, scheduling procedures with places that take your insurance and then telling you to go find the Tech that takes your insurance. When you complain they hang up.
He's an amazing dr..who spends time with his patience and is a terrific man
He is thorough and will listen to your needs and does what is discussed but very disappointed in the care I received from his staff during my last visit. I have called to address the issue and I get attitude and the run around, its been over a month and the issue is still not fixed and I was told You should have addressed that during your visit. That was the whole reason I was there.
