I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Dr. Carl Conui. I came in with intense heel pain from plantar fasciitis, and not only was I seen right away, but I received treatment that provided real relief almost immediately. Dr. Conui is excellent. His level of skill is reassuring and my mother always has a positive experience. He provides us with excellent care. The office is very pleasant to visit and his assistants are extremely helpful and kind.
Like the doctor, but the staff is rude and unknowledgeable. They can never answer my questions, and give me blank stares. A nightmare too if you have to call about your bill. Front desk staff seems to change every time I go in. They assured me they had called my insurance company and told me my diabetic shoes would be covered. Well, they weren't. Finding another doctor!
