They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. No body hates doctors more than me I hate going to the doctor they never seem to truly care. Since I was referred to doctor Carl I haven't been Happier they even call the next day to see how you are feeling. He is a great down to earth guy and it feels like you are talking to a friend when you have to explain whats going on. I recommend Dr Carl to everyone.

Dr Carl and Cory are wonderful to work with. Both of them are responsive, friendly and comforting (and funny!), I have never had a problem getting scheduled in a timely manner and all my questions/issues have been resolved.
Completely dissatisfied. Carl Mortiz’s office ignored my request for a physical. When I came in, he did not examine me, just gave me a bunch of paperwork. The office was dirty, disorganized, and there was a dog in the examination room. Then he billed me $180 and said I had come in complaining of ear infections, which wasn’t true. I called to question this and they gave me the runaround and told me nothing could be done. Without warning they turned me over to a collection agency. Absolute nightmare as a patient and customer.
