I went here when I had visible oral symptoms of a fungal infection that was also in my intestines. I was given Fluconazole and Cipro. A couple months after I had taken the medication my symptoms returned more severely. I went back to see them, when I was able to, after my symptoms had progressed to heart dysfunction and brain infection. The doctor refused to give me a stronger antifungal when I explained that I had read Fluconazole was ineffective against aspergillosis which might explain it's failure. Difficult to get someone to answer your concerns when you call them and when the patient does not have appointment with Dr Gutsman. They will tell you the nurse will call you back but no phone calls receive. If you call their office they will tell you they will transfer you to the right person but answering machine will answer for you.. and if you call back right away its an automated machine! Mean people in the office!
