Bill is super knowledgeable and very friendly!! Stopped by with a bad gas line on my trimmer, was willing to leave it, but he got right on it! Realized i had to go to ATM, so he just let me take it and "swing by later". I did that exact thing with a smile! EXTREMELY reasonable prices too!! Great move to get out from under the last company (who shall go unnamed)...the guy running that place was ignorant and distrusting. Great job Bill!!
Awesome shop, great people and they can handle most anything.
Super reliable. Called at 9:45am during major storm. Came at 10am. Brought it back at 3pm same day even after they lost power in the shop. Awesome. Dedicated.
Aware of the upcoming blizzard, Bill and his crew picked up my snowblower on Saturday morning and delivered it back to me Monday early evening — just in time for Tuesday/Wednesday storm. Fixed the issue and explained everything in detail (in case next time). They also did a great job on my Toro lawnmower, which needed blade sharpening and fixed to the self-propelled motor. I brought my snowblower pull starter cord looking for a replacement part. They took the original in the back and within 10 minutes had the cord replaced and working. They charged me a reasonable price and I was very happy with the service.
Had my bike for almost 8months got my bike back worst in parts and rusted don't bring nothing there and he leave all his customers equipment uncovered to get rained/snowed on
