We have had Dr. Ferguson as our physician for the past four years. Through my own primary care visits as well as the visits I have attended as caregiver for my husband and both of my parents, we have consistently experienced the most competent, safe, and informed healthcare since we moved to SC nearly 10 years ago. I found my experience to be very unpleasant. Her staff is rude and the wait time is long. It is difficult to sometimes get appointment when it good for you.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I tried to become a new patient today and asked if Dr. Ferguson was taking new patients .The VERY rude receptionist said yes and that I would be put on a list to be called back. I said "cant I just make an appointment now". She replied no and said it would be between now and one month for me to hear from someone just to set up an appt. So I was like a month? She said well if I don't like it I could call someone else which I will. Oh the arrogance!
Wonderful Dr. , very thorough and analytic in her approach to your health care issues. Would highly recommend!
Worst year every under her care. Worst run front office I have ever encountered! Wait time can be up to 2 hours! Other Specialist doctors that we used question her credentials. I am so glad not have her as my doctor!
