Dr.Fanning is a very caring and compassionate doctor. However it takes forever for follow up appointments. When they finally do schedule you in, it's way out. Worst of it all,the answering service lady that takes and relates messages for doctor Fanning. Is beyond one of the rudest persons I've dealt with. So rude and unprofessional, talking over me and raising her voice.She was talking to me like I'm clueless child,its not necessary. Unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
Wow, where to begin. Office scheduler is absolutely the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever encountered over the phone. Out of 4 office visits scheduled post op. The office has cancelled all 4. I have not seen the Dr since being in the hospital. She wants to continue antibiotics even though all lab results are normal. I hope you are not unfortunate enough to be assigned to her at the hospital.
