I tried to schedule an appointment and the secretary was arguing with me on the phone. I asked a very simple question that apparently she didn’t like or didn’t know how to answer. I’m not sure about the doctor, but all I know is if you’re a new patient and you’re trying to make an appointment and want people coming to your office then arguing isn’t the way to go.
Dr. Shea is friendly and knowledgeable. She spent real time with me. I didn’t feel like another number or that she was in a rush to be done with me. Her explanations were clear and understandable. Love her MA TJ!
Dr. Shea is by far the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. She was with me through 2 pregnancies and births and all of the routine care before and after. Dr. Shea has always taken the time to talk about any concerns I had and has never been judgmental about anything towards me at any visit. Going in to an OBGYN is always an awkward and vulnerable experience but she definitely makes it easier and more comfortable.
I really appreciate this practice. I've been a patient with Dr Shea for years. I'm impressed that I am always taken in at the time of my appointment. TJ, Dr Shea's medical assistant, is delightful. She is always pleasant and does a thorough review collecting all of the important information prior to the exam. I love that she has been with Dr Shea for years.
