When I chose doctors for my children I chose them not only for the knowledge and education but for the passion. In my opinion Dr. Hill and Matt don't have the passion for this type of work. We were seeing Dr Hill for two years when we were 8 minutes late for am appointment due to horrible traffic on i20. Even though I left early to account for possible delays. Dr. Hill and her staff are amazing to work with for both counseling and medication management. Scheduling for my three kids is always easy and convenient. She listens to our concerns and helps to find solutions. The facility itself is always clean and comfortable and never overcrowded like other providers we have experienced. They are family owned and operated and you can tell. It never feels like you are being herded through.

I'm also one of those people that if I could give 0 stars I would. An appt set months ago, they called me off a number not associated with candi hill services. One time they called, no email, no text, no nothing else. Claimed they sent an email, but that's an outright lie. I was charged 50 dollars for a no show fee, I wasn't even aware of the appointment because it was made months prior.
