I never been there BUT I WANT TO SEE IT IN PERSON!!!!! JUST SO I CAN SEE ON HOW THEY TREAT THEY'RE PEOPLE IN THERE!!!!!! NEVERTHELESS I'LL GIVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE A BAD PLACE TO VISIT!!!!!!!!!!
The staff is horrible and rude. After being hung up on, I called back and asked for the supervisor. The receptionist answered the phone again and said "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I told her I wanted an apology and to speak with Dr. Tran. She claimed to be the supervisor. I asked if she thought it was acceptable behavior to hang up on a customer as a supervisor? Beyond unprofessional.
My daughter was referred to this so call DOCTOR. The reason for her visit was to get a Stye seed removed from her right eye. Yes, it was small, but it has been there for over a year. First the staff was so unprofessional. My daughter apt. was for 3:45 p.m. She wasn't seen by the dr until 4:45.The girl came in the room asking my daughter about family history & medication that she is on. After waiting for a hour to see the doctor, the staff saw some of her friends who she knew who signed in after me an told them to come on . I complained an informed the lady at the desk that I have been waiting for over a hour an I didn't appreciate being skipped. I will NEVER go there again! If I can give zero starrs I would, I didn't not stay. I will NEVER give my money to a place that treat there clients so unprofessional. DON'T waist your time.
