Very helpful clinic that helped my symptoms a lot.
Dr. Cole is an excellent Physician. She is professional, kind, thoughtful, and always shows caring and concern for her patients. As a result, all of her staff are patient-centered. I highly recommend Dr Cole.

Dr. White let her personal beliefs interfere with my care. Instead of providing me with a referral I requested, she sent me to a Christian non profit that wasn't a licensed medical facility. Despite my clear wishes, she inserted herself in an attempt to dissuade and deter me from doing what was in my best interest. Fortunately, I found the resources I was seeking. Disrespect is disguised as Care and concern. Interruptions and lack of empathy. No real true concern for patients welfare.
Dr. Thongteum has consistently been one of the best I have gone to. She is patient, kind and professional. She never makes you feel rushed and always makes you feel cared for. She is not heavy handed or pushy, but explains things clearly and lets you make the decisions.

Dr Sun treats you like you are the most important person in the office. She listens, thinks, and gives you options for your visit. One thing that is nice is she will tell you if she doesn't know, and will find out and give you an opinion. She does not push you out the door after 11 minutes like some do. At the end of the visit she always asks 'do you have any other questions or concerns'
I've been there over 20+ years, normally my concers are listened to, but when I complained about heart palpitations I was told it was due to my age and not to worry bout it, I almost got on an accident while driving that could have killed me and several other due to it and was shortly after diagnosed with svt, afib and atrial flutter, their failure to pay attention to my concerns 2-3 years ago vould have killed me. I've lost faith in them
