After the initials appointments with Dr. Voong, we came to a consensus that an epidural would be the best path forward. I have had 6 previously in various locations with other doctors over 15 and a half years since the train crash. Dr. Voong's procedure worked amazing and was perfect. For the first time I was pain free in my right leg. The sensation of not feeling pain, was pausing to my brain for it had to compensate the lack of need to alter movement from my left side and allow the right to function.

The fact that you do not sit in a crowded lobby for hours made a huge impact on me. When you're in pain it's so nice to get in quickly. He and his staff are very kind and professional. He has helped me get through some rough times by listening and coming up with ideas to help me get through my pain.

I have had years lost with 2 Pain Mgmt. “M.D.’s” in Visalia. Dr. Deroee was the absolute worst as was his staff. Unfriendly, unprofessional, unfit for their position. I Googled Pain Mgmt Dr’s AND told my Primary Care. She stated: “Excellent choice!” I was referred .... Official extensive appt(s) are in December ‘18. He is 4 X’s Board Certified. The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Anyone with a back or related issue make an appt. with Dr. Voong ASAP ! 3rd times a charm!

Though he isn't very talkative, he is an a great pain Doctor because of his experience and compassion. He has helped my wife and I with our chronic pain issues, but minimalized the oral medications.

I've seen this doctor for a long time, if I would have continued, I would have died. This is the worst doctor I've ever been to. The staff is wonderful, and smart. He is horrible. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to him. He NEEDS to return to medical school.

I didn't go to see this doctor but I knew that my mom had a terrible appointment with him the moment she walked out of his office. My mother burst into tears, she said he wasn't rude but wouldn't let her say ANYTHING and discounted all of the pain she suffers from and said he would not help her. My mother has been in pain my entire life and I've only seen her cry a small handful of times. It was heartbreaking to see how devastated she was that once again a doctor didn't LISTEN!
