When I first visited his practice I had no idea what traumatizing experience I was in for. To start off his office staff was less than professional. During an endoscope I had a nurse open the door and walk from the room, exposing me naked to an entire hallway, I was in disbelief. She didn’t even bother drawing a curtain. My visit was a complete waste of time! And don't waste yours! Didn't address my symptoms and actually gave me medication that one of the side effects was what I was seeing them for! Seriously? When I asked them to adjust the bill the answer was a big fat "No." Didn't even take it into consideration. I will NEVER recommend this facility. Look else where! Super lame!
Dr Stepan has been treating me since March 31, 2017. First for Bladder Cancer, we kicked it's butt. Then Right Kidney Cancer, kicked it's butt. Then Left Kidney Cancer where it has taken up residency and shared with my Right Kidney again. Dr Stepan stays up to date on the latest treatments and always has a new plan if a treatment does not work.
Dr. Stepan is willing to listen to the patient and what his wishes are in spite of lab results indicating something should be done NOW. Dr. Stepan took the time to discuss options and help weigh the balancing factors to make decisions. He is definitely an asset to our community.
Professional and courteous. Actually looks at you and listens unlike most doctors now who fidget on their computer. Highly recommended.
