Bought very very expensive insoles from these guys including a billable visit.Once the insoles came in, had a problem with them. So I got an appointment to have insoles checked. Typically a Nurse visit or at least a non- billable visit. The Doc came into room. Spent less than 2 mins and left. The nurse made a few adjustments.
