Dr. Andreou is very kind and experienced. I was very stressed, but he made sure everything would be fine. He performed surgery for my son, and I am very thankful to him. His staff is also very helpful. I called the receptionist after the surgery because I had some questions, and she took the time to help me and give me a solution so I would not worry. The whole experience was amazing. I am very grateful to Dr. Andreou and his team.
My husband has been a patient of Dr Andreau for aprox15 years now and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and reassuring he is to his patients!! My husband has always come out of his appointments reassured knowing he’s under the best care possible! I would also mention that the front desk staff especially Sue has been the most accommodating and professional person in trying to accommodate patients that are in their most dire times! I have been a patient for ten plus years and Dr Andreau and his staff are first rate. 5 out of 5. Dr Andreau provided emergency services for me twice today alone. He is the best surgeon and best man I know. In addition his surgical administrator Sue is a true professional and a time manager of the highest order. She arranged for me to have bladder stone removal and laser surgery for embedded stones in my urethra adhesions. Dr Andreou is an amazing urologist and physician who epitomizes what a GREAT doctor should be: empathetic, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and very pro-active in following up and addressing the needs and concerns of his patients. He goes out of his way to discuss any concerns you may have, and even personally called me on a Saturday morning to answer some questions I had regarding an upcoming procedure. Beside waiting so long on hold the receptionist was giving vague answers. You have to wait 5 months before seeing a doctor if its not super urgent like torsion or Cancer which is understandable but not 5 months !!!! What if I have an underlying condition that idk about...? This is ridiculous !
