Just returned from an appointment for my 4-year-old son after waiting six months to be seen. Unfortunately, Dr. Andreu’s behaviour was disappointing. He was impatient and dismissive when my son became understandably hesitant during the examination. Rather than helping him feel comfortable, he repeatedly emphasized how valuable his time was and attempted to end the appointment without completing the assessment. unpleasant experience I had with the front staff at Dr. Cal Andreou’s office at call. She is very rude experienced this twice . I was unaware of my appointment she hung up on me saying you have to pay $75 cash then let you know when we can reschedule next. So unprofessional never seen rude lady like her helping at front desk .Poor service
