I have visited Dr Andreou a number of times. He is very kind doctor. He and his staff are some the excellent persons I ever met.

Dr. Andreou is amazing. However, the front desk staff, particularly the receptionist, makes every interaction extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to explain my situation, she consistently dismisses what I’m saying, cuts me off, and refuses to listen. Her attitude is rude, unhelpful, and frankly, makes contacting the office feel pointless. It’s incredibly disappointing because I value Dr. Andreou’s care, but the staff experience is making it harder and harder to stay. I shouldn’t have to consider changing doctors... read more
