I accompanied my 67 year old mother to her 10:30 am appointment, it took two hours to see the doctor. I understand that things happen and people run late but at no point did anyone approach us and notify us. I spoke to the receptionist after waiting 45 mins and inquired about the delay and she informed us that the Doctor was on her way and would be seeing us soon.
