My visit with Dr. Cai was horrible. The entire staff was unwelcoming. Dr. Cai herself was unpleasant and in a rush which made my appointment feel more uncomfortable. The office was not clean or well organized. Seek other options before going to Dr. Cai.
HORRIBLE. The office staff member was very nice. Before even looking at me she heard I get headaches and said "it could be a brain tumor" BEFORE LOOKING AT MY EYES. My glasses still haven't come after two weeks and she force saled me into $200 lenses that I'm not even sure I needed. Then sent me the WRONG prescription to my email! And to top it all off I was their last appointment of the night and it showed. One girl was literally turning off and locking things up one step behind me. HORRIBLE
