I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my or my daughters dental work. Jen's approach is kind and compassionate, but driven by data and a deep knowledge and understanding of his profession. He carefully explains any problems and details the approach his is going to take and why. As and Engineer, I appreciate that! Difficult to make a stronger recommendation than Dr Jen.
So lucky to have found Jen after truly awful experiences with 2 other dentists who did terrible work, told me I needed crowns when I didn't and shocking over pricing. And these were large practices that claim to be the best in the business ! Apart from his great technical skills, what I really liked about Jen is that he only does work that is truly neccessary, always tries to preserve as much tooth as possible and has some innovative bonding processes i wish i had known about before those other dentists shaved my teeth down ... read more
I have been going to Jen since I was a child! He is absolutely brilliant. Exceptional level of care and very conservative with his approach. Could not recommend more Highly!
I have confidence that Jen does what is necessary and does not overservice. He's very informative and patient focussed. He communicates well as has been demonstrated during COVID when he has responded quickly to my need for emergency dentistry.
Attentive, informative and extremely thorough. I live in the suburbs and travel a fair way to get here but it's absolutely worth it. As a health professional myself and know a fantastic operator when I see one - highly recommended.
