Get a new receptionist, yours has a terrible attitude problem.
I've been going to the Walden office for years. I've always had a great experience. The receptionist are the most helpful. From making appointments to helping with insurance information they're happy to help. It's a "family feeling" every time. The Docs and glass filters are great too.
Should have come here sooner! I got right in and loved the staff from the receptionist to the doctor. I appreciated the fact that they value my time and got me right in and out Will definitely be back!
Was very overdue for an eye exam. Receptionist couldn’t have been nicer. I believe her name was Carol. She put me at ease, explained what the exam would be like and was very knowledgeable about the insurance policy. I have since recommended this doctor ‘s office to many of my friends!
