I'm never fond of going to the dentist but I had a great experience. My hygienist (forgot her name, i'm terrible with that) was amazing! She talked me through all of the procedures they were doing and everything went great!
I was advised I needed a tooth removed by an endodontist I'd been referred to. I consulted with the oral surgeon recommended to me, but left not fully understanding the need for the procedure nor the reason for what seemed to me an exorbitant cost. I sought a second evaluation and price estimate with the Dr. C's office on the South Hill in Spokane. My experience was great. Friendly and kind people. Very professional, very pleasant.
Doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Dental assistant was also knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I was anything but friendly to them, they remained professional. I had to keep show going so they wouldn’t take an extra 15 minutes explaining the entire process. My discomfort and loathsome feeling towards the dentist in general aside, I would recommend them to others. If they can put up with me, you’ll do just fine I bet.
