I had a great experience with Dr Faulkner today I was scared because I wasn’t familiar with him and he was calming and his techs were nice too thank you everyone
First time visitors: Ophthalmologist Dr. Faulkner. Receptionist: Friendly, professional, timely. Assisted us with correcting a date/time issue, corrected this miscommunication w/kindness and ease. Reception Area: immensely clean, plenty of magazines to read, carpet well maintained, accessible. Hallways to Exam Rooms: immensely clean, carpet well maintained, welcome assortment of peppermint candies.
