Staff never answers the phone, or returns your calls when you leave a message. It's the same with both the Arroyo Grande office And the Santa Maria office. Haw am I suppose to make an appointment or confirm my appointment?
This review is a long time coming. I cannot say enough amazing things about this man and his staff. I found Dr. Collier through a referral from Dr. Fow after a freak accident left me with a compound fracture of my fibula and tibia, along with a comminuted fracture of my midfoot. I highly recommend Dr. Byron Collier. I recently broke my foot necessitating surgery. I am a physician and researched/consulted multiple local surgeons. I found Dr. Collier to be the most highly trained and competent. He made room on his busy schedule and still took all the time needed to answer my numerous questions.
