Hi, my name is Jonathan Holbrook. I was really shocked to read the first 2 comments & 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, are they family members or maybe the workers who wrote these comments? I am not here to judge or write false statements. I came 3 times to this oral surgery office because my previous surgeon ( dr Brock Mckinley) who is a great person and great oral surgeon started to work with dr Bryan. The staff was very kind and I had a great experience with my extraction. Would highly recommend Dr. Henry along with the staff they were awesome!

I was led to believe they accepted our insurance, and after waiting for nearly an hour beyond our scheduled appointment we met for a brief consult. At the conclusion, we were informed that our insurance was Out-of-Network AND and we owed $90.00 for the consult. I never would have wasted time at the Pre-consultation if we had known it was Out-of-Network. Plus, I was never told of the fee until finished. Initially I was told the bill would be voided, but now I must pay or face "Collection".
