I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother, as I was her translator and the witness of this incident during her optometry appointment. Upon entering the patient room that my mother and I were waiting in, Dr. Buri asked why I was here (due to covid, they only allowed one patient in the room at a time). I have been with Dr. Markus Buri in Hemet, Ca. for over 15 years and have had all problems with my eye exams and needed glasses to date. His staff has always given me great personal attention to taking care of my vision situations. I needed repair of my glasses when the lens fell out of the frames and immediate repairs were administrated when I arrive at his office. I recommend his services to all who are experiencing optical needs and care. He is a very nice man.
