I was treated by doctor bunch and received steroid injections at a surgical center it was so horrendously painful and she acted as if it was no big deal the anesthesiologist had to tell me to calm down because I was crying so hard because dr. Dr. Bunch is very pleasant to be around. She has always treated me with dignity and respect. The office is clean and neat. The waiting area is appropriate in size. The wait to get in is usually under fifteen minutes. Erika, her AA, is also very respectful and helpful. The RN in attendance is and caring. Bathrooms are quite clean. Leave a message and they will call you back within 24 hours, unless its a weekend or holiday. Great service. Love this team!
Dr Bunch spent less than 10 minutes with me even though I was a new patient. It was a very superficial review of a problem I’ve suffered with for over 10 years. She just decided I needed another procedure (even though another doctor had already performed the same procedure.)She didn’t ask to see the other pain doctors notes. Substandard and superficial care. I would not recommend this doctor. She was in a hurry. Assistant also in a hurry. Just plain superficial care.
Mssg was left for an app't. 2nd call necessary after 2 days no response. Discussed my Medicare coverage & BC/BS PPO. She couldn't find my member ID. Said we would clear up at my app't. Today for app't she explained--totally confusing--that my BC/BS served as my primary and that BC/BS did not work with Dr. Bunch as a primary. After speaking to my BC/BS provider they explained--the Dr. choses to work with BC/BS, not BC/BS w/them. So either she only does BC/BS PPO and/or no Medicare. FIND OUT.
Miracle doctor; had acute and chronic pain over a decade, Dr.Bunch has so many different methods of relieving pain..I am getting shots for my neck and back..relieves the awful pain like no other.
Dr Bunch has helped me get back on my feet and be productive again. I'm very lucky to have found her, finally someone who really cares!
