While I'm sure Dr. Roy is a good doctor, she totally botched my care. I went in knowing I had an intestinal parasite. I submitted a sample for lab work and when the lab was rejected for improper submission, she was contacted and couldn't be bothered. Passed me off to a dermatologist, which is truly an insult. I'm still suffering and now have to wait another month for an appointment with a different doctor, while still suffering from something she could have easily resolved had she been even remotely concerned.
