Thank you, Dr. Storm and Karen! Both my husband and I wound up needing root canals at the same time, and how glad we are to have been referred to Dr. Storm by our primary dentist. We were treated very kindly and professionally by everyone in the office. Dr. Storm and her assistant, Karen, made what could have been a pretty terrifying procedure into something I easily could have slept through. We have every confidence in Dr. Storm and her team. Thank you, again, for your expertise and professionalism!
Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and reassuring. No stress and that says a lot when having a root canal. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Awful experience. 1st impression of dr. storm was not good, frumpy, dirty looking scrubs. She was very heavy handed, very painful shot. and i felt extreme pain during the root canal. when I complained she told me she got me as numb as she could and i had to deal with it. Wouldn't treat a dog the way I was treated! Avoid her unless you like pain.
