When Dr. B had his own practice it ran like a well oiled machine. Now that he’s joined a practice, you sit and wait at least 30 minutes and listen to the staff telling callers to call back later because they’re too busy to answer questions. UNACCEPTABLE! Time to find a new eye doctor!!

I went to Dr. Berenthal less than a week after I had an eye exam by another optometrist because she refused to prescribe me the brand of contact lenses that I preferred. The experience that I had at Dr. B's office was extremely different. It was much more extensive and lasted about 3 hours (with my previous appointment being no more than 8 minutes with a 40 minute wait beforehand), involved him actually speaking with me and informing me about my options, and a glasses fitting.
