UPDATE - dropped her down to 3* because when I had a problem and called her cell, I left a voice mail. She never bothered to call me back. I called the office and scheduled an appointment. When I got there for my appointment a week later, they didn't have me on the schedule. So either they never scheduled me and she blew me off or they had me scheduled so she knew she didn't need to return the call, and then someone took me off the schedule. Neither of those are good. Was able to get an appointment with Dr. Reese the day after I called. Turned out I needed a root canal retreatment. Dr. Reese was great. Completely professional and extremely kind. Explained everything I needed to know. Gave me her cell phone number in case I had any problems. Who does that?! I was in and out in under an hour. Every single person I encountered during my visit was great - so incredibly nice!
