I’ve been a patient here for years and Dr Bryant was absolutely amazing when she was actually in the office seeing patients. I was told she moved back to her country Jamaica. I haven’t seen the Dr in years and just keep seeing what I believe are student NPs, I don’t think they have a proper medical background because they ask me questions as if I’m the doctor. AFTER BEING A PATIENT HERE FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS I AM NO LONGER COMING TO THIS OFFICE . DR BRYANT IS A GREAT DOCTOR BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I EXPRESSED TO THE FRONT DESK IVE BEEN AT THE HOSPITAL AND NEEDED A FOLLOW UP . No respect of time. The last appointment I had was at 2p. Dr. Bryant walked through the door at 2:27p. I left at 2:50p after deciding I was no longer going to wait. The receptionist called at 3:30p which leads me to believe that I would have waited an hour and 30 mins before my vitals were taken. The disrespect of time is beyond. Take heed to the other reviews. I'll no longer be a patient here as they changed and cancelled my appointments with no notifications. First, they changed an appointment time to a time I said I wasn't available after already rescheduling. I had to call to ask them why they did that and just got an excuse, that the doctor wasn't available. So I would've missed my appointment and be charged a no-show fee. Wait time 4 hours. Listen to other reviews I have only met the doctor one time the rest of appointments she had a nurse meet you and they can’t even prescribe meds. So you’re best bet going to urgent care do not use for important medical reasons please.
