I was scheduled for surgery here a little over two years ago. I had to cancel to address far more serious medical issues. The office staff I spoke to actually argued with me for having to reschedule the surgery. I've tried to "restart" the process only to have three appointments (over approx. 2 years) canceled and rescheduled. I just phoned his office, the receptionist picked up the phoned and was laughing. Such unprofessionalism. I think owners of their practices should, themselves call and hear how their staff is displaying ignorance when answering their phones! I’ll never call this practice again. I will also tell the Simon eye facilities that refer to this practice
