Very disappointed with Dr. McKenzie. After surgery, I now have tinnitus, a butchered inner ear and a loss of hearing. He never responded to my questions I left multiple messages prior to surgery, which should have been a red flag. On top of that, the surgical center, which he is on the board for, can’t even reach him. They have left several messages about needing additional information on the procedure that was done in February and it’s July.
