My first appointment with Dr. McConnell was two hours! He is very conscientious in getting to know you as not only a patient but a person, how refreshing! I have been working with him and his staff for 6 months on resolving my terrible insomnia that was wrecking my life. I now sleep well, my hair has stopped falling out and my overall outlook on life is much happier!! Not a fan of this doctor... He does not take the COVID pandemic seriously and him and the staff would not wear masks during my visit. A subsequent 10 min phone call resulted in a full office visit charge or more than $175. When I called to complain that it was not a reasonably charge ( a tele-doc visit is usually $50) they would not do anything to adjust it. It reconfirms my belief that he is just in for the money and not to be of service to the community
