1st Visit was fine. I’m 62 When I got my glasses I couldn’t see good out of them. His wife insisted on taking them into the eyeglass store to chk & see if they messed up script (they didn’t) she literally grabbed glasses out of my hands. I said I would take them but she walked out! VERY CONTROLLING!! Horrible 2nd visit. Very rude! Dr. Kramar was as well when I told him I couldn’t use glasses he insisted nothing was wrong. Lg story short never got the correct lenses. I Will never go bk !!
