Well I came in with serious sinus issues and explained how I have a history of bad sinus infections. I saw a horrible doctor named Dr. Bryan Beck, he came in the room listened to me breathe twice and just determined I needed a flu test. The only symptom of the flu I came in with was minor body aches. He never ever even checked to see my sinus pressure. I’ve seen this provider at urgent care several times and continue to leave without clear answers or resolution. Rather than working to determine what is actually causing my symptoms, the focus has been on what it could possibly be without further evaluation and being repeatedly told to follow up with my primary care provider instead of having my concerns addressed during the visit. I’ve had to seek care elsewhere afterward. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The doctor was dismissive, did not address care or any plan for care for my children. Visit lacked any attentiveness, curiosity or compassion from Dr. Beck. He appeared to possess very little capacity for empathy.

My daughter was very sick late on sat afternoon- knowing urgent care isn’t open all the time I was googling to find the hours when I noticed there was a new one open next to king soopers near our home- so we went over there walked in and was greeted with by the nicest friendliest guy (later to find out he was the Dr and owner) everything was so clean and beautiful and everyone we worked with was fantastic- we will use this urgent care going forward and highly recommend them.
