Dr. Lebean and his staff were excellent. From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Lebean, everyone listened to our concerns, provided excellent care and recommendations, and had great bedside manner. If you are looking for a PCP in the Lafayette area, I highly recommend.
I got a bill from this man received no product and not matter what option you dial they don’t answer the phone and Don’t call back. Do not recommend.
If you like CONFUSION and NO COMMUNICATION this is your place. 30 days ago a C pap machine was supposed to be ordered for me. In the meantime there was no communication. Finally I called Lebean’s office and got a (stammering) employee who informed me that my insurance would not pay for the machine. Why wasn’t I informed of this earlier?? I am very DISGUSTED!
The VA sent me here because they were short staffed. I went to Dr. Labean because my blood pressure was 187/123. Took almost a year of adding medicine to get it stable and he NEVER got bloodwork or any cardiology testing done. On top of that, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 11 years ago. He sent me for a new sleep study and I DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. He claimed I slept enough for an accurate study and did not have sleep apnea. Refused to do a retest. I went to a new doctor.
